EUCTER is a multi-disciplinary Jean Monnet Network. It focuses on European cooperation on counter-terrorism, including partnerships with third-countries in these policy areas. The main aim of this project is to establish a Jean Monnet Network (EUCTER). We are a three-year (2020-2023) Jean Monnet Network by the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme.
